FAQ

 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Typically you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. Please note it takes 24 to 48 hours for an order to be processed. Once your order has been processed it will ship out via UPS., FedEx and U.S. Postal ServiceShipping time depends on where you are located and can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. If you need an item for a special occasion we highly recommend that you contact us by phone (1-603-298-8800) or email sales at support@countrycobbler.net to check when you should receive your order. We offer expedited shipping on most items to accommodate special requests.


 Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

If your order ships from our  location, a UPS , FedEx or United  States Postal Service tracking number , will be sent to your email address. Should your order ship from a different location please contact us 3 business days after you have placed your order and we should be able to get this information for you. Please remember that our offices are closed on Sundays.


 What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days from the time your order was received at your location. You may exchange your order for a different product/size or you may request a refund. Returned merchandise must be in brand new condition with original tags and packaging. Please send merchandise back in the same product box you received them in. When trying on boots only walk in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Please note that any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.  Please feel free to call us with any questions.

  • Copy of Invoice or Order #
  • Billing First and Last Name

Your email address:

  • List the item you are returning
  • Note the reason for exchange or return

We strongly recommend that you make a copy of your invoice number and filled out paperwork for your records.
Make sure to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
We also strongly recommend that you add delivery confirmation for your return.


 Do I need a RA number in order to return merchandise?

No, we do not provide a RA number for returns/exchanges. Simply mail your merchandise back to us.


 What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time.  Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm.  If you have placed your order after hours or during the weekend your order will be processed on the following business day.
